Return Policy
SPIB wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All products are carefully inspected prior to shipment to ensure that you receive the highest quality merchandise.
Items purchased at full price from Spib.ca are returnable within 14 days of purchase as long as they are in new, unworn/unwashed condition and still have the original tags and packaging. If the item looks used or damaged we cannot issue a refund.
Any damages must be reported within 14 days of purchase for a refund and/or replacement. All returned goods will be carefully examined.
Items purchased on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Returned packages must be shipped back to us prepaid. We do not accept COD's or third party billing for returned merchandise. SPIB is not responsible for packages not received. Once the item(s) are returned, you will receive a credit. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please allow 2-3 weeks for refunds.

We are happy to offer free gift wrapping! At the "checkout" section on-line, please indicate that you would like to have your gifts wrapped and fill out the gift card with a special message. We can have your gift shipped directly to the recipient and no receipt will be included.

Please allow 48 hours to process your order. After processing, if the item is in stock, orders are shipped within 2-7 days. Orders received on the weekend will begin to be processed on the subsequent weekday. Most orders are shipped via Canada Post's XPressPost Service, which can take 2-7 business days. This service provides you with a tracking number to track your package on www.canadapost.ca as well as coverage for loss or damage up to $100.
